How to update

This dashboard is generated from The Study finance brain. Here's the monthly refresh.

Drop the month's exports into the brain's source\ folders — the MIP balance sheet, rev/expense, trial balance & GL detail, programs & program revenue (new YYYY-MM files), Bloomerang donations, MIP cost-share, and the locked BND bank-rec PDFs (the exact file names live in MONTHLY UPDATE.md).
Run update_all.py in the brain folder — it ingests everything into the brain.
Run brain_to_fin.py then build_board.py in this Brain Dashboard - build folder — this rebuilds this page with the new numbers.
Refresh to check it, then upload the Brain Dashboard to upload folder to Cloudflare.

The full step-by-step (exact file names & folders) is in MONTHLY UPDATE.md in this folder. Everything time-based — the "as of" date, runway, budget pace — advances on its own; no manual edits.
